PAGA Microroastery

Specialty coffee and micro-roaster

Mid-range A quieter part of the soi

PAGA is run by Gabriel Carol, a competition-winning barista, and it shows in the cup. The all-white, three-storey space keeps the focus squarely on the coffee, and you can buy rare beans to take home alongside a filter or espresso.

Sit in to taste properly, or grab beans on the way past. One of the soi’s quiet pleasures.

What to order

A single-origin filter, and a bag of beans for later.

Good to know

Stay on the soi

Wake up in the middle of it all

Most of Soi 31 is a taxi ride from where visitors usually sleep. Public House is the one design hotel right on the street, so the coffee, the dinners and the bars on this list are already on your doorstep.
